Stupid Tuesday
Is Majorcas stupid, or is it me? Listen before you answer:
Majorcas hears the question but doesn't answer it. Instead, he says "Let me refer to my previous testimony," yada yada. His response doesn't come close to answering the specific question being asked, or any that follow. It's intentionally so. I call it the Washington bureaucratic two-step. Majorcas didn't invent the Washington two-step. He just knows the dance move. I watched his testimony so you didn't have to. I don't blame you for not watching. It has become tiresome. Groaningly so. Nothing ever comes from these inquisitions. Citizens are catching on.
Do you think these Congressional inquisitors expect straight answers? Of course not. Even the good ones know this much. They ask anyway, but usually to no avail. The routine is nothing but a game of dodge ball.
There's a battle brewing in the White House that not even CNN can ignore. It's Biden vs Harris, aka the pervert vs the prostitute, although their roles are interchangeable. Biden's poll numbers are down in the 30s. Kamala's are in the 20s, the lowest ever for a VP. Now it's a cat-fight to discover the biggest loser. To the victor belongs the spoils, whatever those may be. Speaking of spoils, does winning that contest mean the victor stinks less? One less bout of diarrhea than the other loser? As ridiculous as it sounds, I think Joe Biden wins the contest. Nothing against Heels-Up Harris, but Joe's played the game longer. Even demented, he has experience on his side, which means some crafty advisors, since Joe's not up to the task. Kamala only has a cackling laugh. Such gleeful cackling probably works right before your heels face the ceiling, provided you make it sound like fun. Together, Joe and Kamala are the duo from hell. What misery it must be to wake up with either of them at your side. Especially with Joe. I'd prefer to see them in bed together.
Not that I have anything against Joe or Kamala. They are nice people, possibly. But they also are avatars of the future. I'm allowed to dislike their avatars and their future. And I do. After all, I buy gas, groceries and a car like everyone else. Prices are much worse these days, not better, and paychecks don't keep up. In other words, higher taxes and pay cuts. Some folks call it stagflation, i.e. stagnant wages (or GDP) and inflation. Charles Dickens wrote that it was "the best of times and...the worst of times" in 1859 England. We're there again, except now it's the worst of times, and it will be worse next year also, courtesy of Biden and Harris and those who put them in charge. What idiots. And what a tragic duo they foisted upon us. Both are too stupid to know how they got put in charge. But here they are, and they haven't a clue. "Suck it up," their minions tell us. Inflation is a good thing. You can afford it. Plus, higher prices and the border crisis are Trump's fault. All you need to do is quit driving and eating and...voila!..problem solved."
Gosh, how nice it must be to live in their brains.
Now back to the border. Majorcas is our Homeland Security guy, re: the southern border. Kamala Harris is his boss. In their view, we "build back better" by not building a border wall. So say "hello" to your new neighbors from across the world, both hopeful people and evil people, and others in-between. They're all coming your way. You probably won't figure out how to differentiate among them until it's too late. That's how it works when you greet everyone who walks into you unlocked from door, invited or not. Good luck with that. But not to worry. Though Kamala doesn't have time to visit the border, except once in El Paso, she has your six. You believe her, don't you? Plus, she and Majorcas talk from time to time, according to his testimony, whatever that means, so you have that going for you, right? Otherwise, you're on your own.
Don't plan on this working out well. It won't.
